Content on this Website does not constitute a binding offer to sell travel services and does not create a client relationship unless and until a separate written Professional Travel Planning & Booking Services Agreement is executed and any required Planning Retainer is paid.
2. NO TRAVEL SERVICES WITHOUT SEPARATE AGREEMENT
Use of this Website does not create a client relationship. All travel planning, booking, and advisory services are governed exclusively by a separate written Professional Travel Planning & Booking Services Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed Services Agreement, the Services Agreement shall control.
3. SUPPLIER INDEPENDENCE
PlayaBliss Travel LLC acts as an independent travel advisor and intermediary between clients and third-party travel suppliers (“Suppliers”), including but not limited to airlines, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, transfer providers, and excursion companies.
We do not own, operate, or control any Supplier and are not responsible for Supplier acts, omissions, pricing changes, availability changes, schedule modifications, operational failures, or insolvency. All travel services are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable Supplier.
4. PRICING & AVAILABILITY DISCLAIMER
All pricing, promotions, availability, and travel content displayed on the Website are subject to change without notice. Travel pricing and availability are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing by the applicable Supplier.
5. AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE
The Website may contain affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may receive compensation. Such compensation does not increase the price you pay unless expressly disclosed.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
